Yuugo Cafe @ V Hotel Bencoolen

Opened in late 2021, Yuugo serves an eclectic fusion of Japanese and Western food, desserts, and coffee at affordable prices.

We ordered the Yuugo Wagyu Burger which came with uber crispy buns kind of like the type you find in Hong Kong. And to our plesant surprise, there was also melted cheese on the underside of the top bun. Absolutely delish!

Also, the Black Pepper Sirloin Steak Spaghetti was a good quality cut steak, served with balanced seasoning which made every bite enjoyable.

To finish up the meal, we shared a Waffles - Original Maple & Butter topped with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. If you are a fans of crispy waffles then this is definitely a place you must visit! I particuarly like the fact that they served the maple syrup and slice of butter at the side and leave the decision to the customer of how much they want to add in.

Overall, I would recommend Yuugo for their quality food, cosy ambience and wonderful service. Will be back again to try their other dishes.
