The Rose Veranda High Tea @ Shangri-La Hotel Singapore

After pampering ourselves the previous weekend with the Language of Flowers afternoon tea, we decided to grab the high tea set from The Rose Veranda at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore last Sunday to end off a busy month of May.

Upon opening the box cover, you would unmistakeably recognize the eclectic pink theme for the high tea set, with the cardboard and various delicate pastries colour synced.

Classic egg and ham with truffle pressed panini
Strawberry lobster slaw sandwich
Foie gras tart with granny smith apple and candied ginger
Tian of avocado, chicken aioli and caramelized peach
La pomme rouge

To finish off, there is vanilla and rose infused scones, accompanied with strawberry jam and clotted cream.

My favourite treats would be the Strawberry lobster slaw sandwich, Rose crème brûlée tart and Litchi raspberry choux. Look forward to try new high tea sets launched by Shangri-La in the future.
